Cancellation policies::
- Semiflex: the payment of the reservation will be made in full at the time of the confirmation. Reservations can be modified or cancelled without charge up to 72 hours before the day of arrival. In case of cancellation of the reservation outside the established period, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged to your card. In case of no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged.
