SEASONS

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR GREEN FEE VOUCHER MEMBERS

1. Green Fee Vouchers can be used at La Finca Golf and Villamartín Golf.
2. Vouchers can be shared between two holders.
3. 18-hole green fees have a surcharge per green fee during the high season.
   • Surcharges:
     • La Finca Golf: €30 - Villamartín Golf: €20.
     • From October 1st to November 30th: La Finca Golf €40 and Villamartín Golf €25.
     • No surcharges apply during the low season or during Twilight hours in any season.
4. 9-hole green fees do not have a surcharge during the high season.

All players are required to comply with the following conditions:

• Bookings must be made in advance. Having a green fee voucher does not guarantee the ability to play without a prior reservation. Reservations are subject to availability, and playing availability is not guaranteed.
• Green fee vouchers are personal and non-transferable, valid only for the registered holder(s).
• 9-hole green fee vouchers have usage restrictions based on time slots, seasons, and golf course regulations.
• Two 9-hole green fees may be used to play 18 holes, paying a high-season surcharge if applicable.
• Vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• Membership discounts and privileges are not combinable with other offers.

Reservation Cancellation Policy:

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the day of play.
• Cancellations within 48 hours before the day of play or No Shows will incur a 100% charge of the green fee plus any applicable surcharge.

La Finca Golf reserves the right to adjust reservations with prior notice, within a 30-minute window before or after the scheduled booking time.

• Unlimited play per week.
• Ability to book 30 days in advance.
• Buggy rental for 18 Holes: €30. Buggy rental for 9 Holes: €20.
• Free locker in the changing rooms.
• Complimentary towel service.
• 5% discount on food & beverages at: La Finca Club House, Villamartín Club House and Frijolino*.
• 10% discount on training fees at La Finca Sports*.
• 10% discount on treatments and 20% discount on access to La Finca Spa circuit*.
• 20% discount on Green Fees for accompanying guests of the voucher holder (maximum of 3 guests per holder).
• Special price for open tournaments organized by La Finca Resort.
• Annual buggy pass: €1,000.

(*) The benefits and conditions described herein will remain valid until 31 December 2026. Once this period has ended, La Finca Resort may modify, replace or update them for the following calendar year. The discounts and advantages do not constitute a permanent right, and their availability does not create any future obligation for the company. They may be withdrawn or amended at the discretion of La Finca Resort without prior notice.

WHAT IS MY USERNAME FOR BOOKING?

When you purchase a golf voucher, whether online or at the course, you will receive an access username that allows you to log in to both our APP and the online services offered.

1. I don’t have an account
   • If you don’t have one yet, you will need to complete your details and register as a new user.
2. I forgot my password
   • If you already have a user account but forgot your password, enter your email and request a password reset. You can do this through our APP or from our website.
3. I forgot my username
   • If you already have a user account at any of our centers but don’t remember it, please ask our team at La Finca Resort.
