We have adopted all the sanitary protocols required by the competent authorities that imply the cleanliness and disinfection of all our Resort areas, as well as all the necessary measures so that your stay is with maximum protection and safety. You can check all our health protocols by area here:
Guests and clients are required to comply rigorously with the health measures established by the hotel to prevent infection:
- Masks must be worn throughout the common areas of the hotel.
- Social distancing must always be observed.
- Correct use of hand sanitiser is mandatory.
- Do not exceed the capacity limit of the hotel facilities.
If you experience symptoms associated with COVID-19 or have been in close contact (more than 15 minutes closer than two metres) with anyone who has tested positive during the virus transmission period, you must self-isolate (in your room) until you have been seen by a doctor.
In addition to these measures, the Ministry of Health has published the Resolution of 29 June 2020 of the Directorate General for Public Health, Quality and Innovation on health checks to be carried out at points of entry to Spain. The regulation specifies mandatory health checks for visitors arriving in Spain by air or by sea, which may include taking your temperature, a documentary control, and a visual check of passengers’ appearance.
All these measures are now part of the internal regulation in place at the resort, as well as the right to refuse admission. Failure to comply with these rules may lead to immediate cancellation of your booking and the service with no right to a refund.
Also we are offering our clients travel insurance for Covid coverage during their stay with us from the checkin to the checkout period.
