Stay home, very soon this will be your home too
We regret to inform you that in view of the serious health crisis we are experiencing and after the State of Emergency declared by the Government of Spain and the restrictions announced by the Government of the Valencian Community, we will NOT be accepting the arrival of new clients from the 17th of March 2020, and the hotel will remain closed UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
Likewise, and with the sole objective and responsibility of looking after the health of our clients, we inform you that the following facilities will also remain closed until further notice:
- Golf Courses: La Finca, Villamartín and Las Ramblas.
- La Finca Club House and Villamartín Club House (no catering service provided).
- Spa Circuits and treatments.
- Gym.
At La Finca resort we work hard always to make you feel at home during your stay with us. Now more than ever, we are all working towards to be able to take care of you in the near future again. Our community's only wish now is freely to go out and about again, relax, enjoy the sun, the water close to us, a Spa massage, taste the gourmet Food, sit and enjoy the views on the Hotel and Golf Clubhouse terraces... and above all, to celebrate our well-deserved daily freedom!
But now it is the time to be responsible towards our customers, employees and partners alike and stay at home and beat this virus head-on.

- Is the hotel open?
- The hotel will close next Tuesday 17th of March, as we are currently helping our guests organize their transfers and making sure that they can return to their home countries safely and without problems.
- Can new reservations be made?
- Yes, you can book for dates from the 30th of March onwards, bearing in mind that at the present moment we cannot guarantee when we will be able to resume our normal activity at the resort. However if there are any changes to your reservation we will contact you to offer alternative dates or find a satisfactory solution.
- What happens if I already have a reservation for the hotel, spa, golf or any other service of the Resort?
- Our cancellation policy at this moment is 100% flexible, if you cannot come on the selected dates, we will cancel your reservation at no cost, even within the penalty period we will change the dates without any problems.
- If you have a reservation for a date when the hotel cannot accept reservations, the team of La Finca Resort will contact you to find a suitable alternative.
- What happens if I have already arranged a menu test for an upcoming event?
- All menu tests are postponed for the time being. Our event manager will keep you informed about the situation and as soon as it is possible to resume our normal activity she will contact you to arrange a new date. You can contact her by e-mail at eventos@lafincaresort.com
